See full class descriptions below the schedule.

FLOW YOGA Connect breath with movement while building strength and flexibility with a strong focus on alignment. Learn to let go of outside distractions as you take your focus inward. Leave feeling calmer and more balanced, physically and mentally.

  • BASICS is great for beginners, and will focus on detailed verbal instructions of basic asanas (yoga poses). Students will begin to understand movement linked to breath. This class moves slower than our All Levels class, allowing for more instruction and clarity in building the foundation of the basic poses.
  • ALL LEVELS classes mean that all levels are welcome! However, the class will move at a faster pace than our Basics class, and will assume that you have a basic knowledge of asanas (poses), i.e. if the instructor says go to Warrior 1 or Downward Dog, you know what to do. The instructor will help students modify postures as needed, and easier versions of asanas will be offered during practice so students can move at a comfortable pace.
  • ADVANCED classes may include inversions, arm balances and other challenging poses. A regular vinyasa flow practice and knowledge of poses is recommended, however, modifications and rest are always offered.
  • SMARTFLOW yoga classes celebrate the innate intelligence of mindful, flowing movement, developed by Los Angeles based master yoga teacher, Annie Carpenter. SmartFLOW sequences are intelligently designed for a healthy and safe yoga practice. Britni Serou is one of only 5 certified SmartFLOW trainers internationally, after training and assisting Annie over several years and completing additional certification assignments.

YIN Yin yoga teaches the body to surrender allowing deep tissues to release and minds to quiet. A gentle practice with long holds that are more active than Restorative yoga. Open to all levels, including beginners.

YIN BLEND A combination of Yin (see above) and Restorative Yoga, which is a very slow, gentle practice. Long holds in restorative poses, supported by bolsters and blankets, allowing for a deep release of physical and mental tension. The only effort needed is to show up! Open to all levels, including beginners.

iREST YOGA NIDRA  is a research-based, guided meditation protocol. iRest Yoga Nidra is based on ancient yoga teachings, but made accessible for modern day life. It is designed to bring the healing benefits of yogic and meditative practices to a wide variety of people. Everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging. iRest helps you tap into a place that is calm - even when life is not. It can also allow us to recognize an underlying peace of mind that is always present within us - no matter what circumstances we are facing in life. It is easy to learn, easy to do, and it can be done by anyone, including beginners. The best way to understand iRest is to do it.  *Prior sign-in required.

MEDITATION Guided meditation utilizing breath awareness and other points of focus to help steady attention and quiet the mind. Beginners and regular practitioners are welcome.

KIDS yoga classes combine traditional yoga with the playful nature of children to create an environment that encourages a better connection between mind and body, and a positive sense of self. Classes are designed to evoke learning, adventure, self-expression and fun! Look for special workshops. Ages 6-12. Ask about Private Sessions.

CHAIR YOGAA perfect place to begin if a person is challenged by mobility, balance, transitions from the floor or low surfaces and flexibility in general. Using a chair, the class explores the fundamental building blocks of yoga poses. The practice starts as an inquiry of the body when seated, and flows into gentle supported movement involving both standing and balancing postures. Sequences will improve strength/mobility and encourage the discovery of proper body alignment. Ask about joining our Private Group Sessions.

We offer a variety of classes for every level and style. Pilates mat class is also available for group and/or private sessions. Browse our classes and price list. Or, give us a call if you have questions. We can guide you on a path that is right for you.
