Pilates is a series of exercises that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility and postural stability. Based on the original Joseph Pilates method, the class combines breath and movement to invigorate and enhance the body’s natural capabilities to improve overall health and mobility. The class is performed on a pilates or yoga mat as Joseph Pilates intended.

FLOW YOGA Connect breath with movement while building strength and flexibility with a strong focus on alignment. Learn to let go of outside distractions as you take your focus inward. Leave feeling calmer and more balanced, physically and mentally.
YIN Yin yoga teaches the body to surrender allowing deep tissues to release and minds to quiet. A gentle practice with long holds that are more active than Relaxation yoga. Open to all levels, including beginners.
RELAXATION A very slow, gentle practice. Long holds in restorative poses, supported by bolsters and blankets, allowing for a deep release of physical and mental tension. The only effort needed is to show up! Open to all levels, including beginners.
iREST YOGA NIDRA is a research-based, guided meditation protocol. iRest Yoga Nidra is based on ancient yoga teachings, but made accessible for modern day life. It is designed to bring the healing benefits of yogic and meditative practices to a wide variety of people. Everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging. iRest helps you tap into a place that is calm - even when life is not. It can also allow us to recognize an underlying peace of mind that is always present within us - no matter what circumstances we are facing in life. It is easy to learn, easy to do, and it can be done by anyone, including beginners. The best way to understand iRest is to do it.
MEDITATION Guided meditation utilizing breath awareness and other points of focus to help steady attention and quiet the mind. Beginners and regular practitioners are welcome.
KIDS yoga classes combine traditional yoga with the playful nature of children to create an environment that encourages a better connection between mind and body, and a positive sense of self. Classes are designed to evoke learning, adventure, self-expression and fun!
CHAIR YOGAA perfect place to begin if a person is challenged by mobility, balance, transitions from the floor or low surfaces and flexibility in general. Using a chair, the class explores the fundamental building blocks of yoga poses. The practice starts as an inquiry of the body when seated, and flows into gentle supported movement involving both standing and balancing postures. Sequences will improve strength/mobility and encourage the discovery of proper body alignment.
